Have used H&R Block Deluxe Software for several years and have never been disappointed! Very easy to follow step-by-step instructions and help available if you have a doubt or question. When Federal return is completed the State tax form is generated super quick and ready for my review (if you have purchased the software that includes the state plan). Used the electronic transfer option and it does its job quickly and problem free,

The product is always great. The only problem I had was the code for E filing did not work, tried it twice but it still did not work. Had to pay extra for this. I believe this is from the outside company I used, so I will not us them in the future.

We have used this software for a few years. I like the way the personal information uploads from the previous year and I don't have to retype it all. The interview style of the software is very helpful. Whether to use itemized or standard deduction, etc.

I liked format of previous products better. No “SAVE” at top of page harder to go back and review and correct multiple 1099-Div entries. Why do you combine Dividends with Capital gains??—very confusing, and makes me wonder if you did calculations correctly.

Overall I was pleased with the 2025 tax software, however, the one place that was frustrating was the Form 5329. I missed my required minimum IRA distribution and I didn't think the software did a good job of helping me through that.
