Data File error & processing causing much grief

great for almost everything till i ran into a bug or glitch. I sent you feedback on that. The IRS kept rejecting one return. IRS reply / tax online info could not help, H&RB AI and humans could not help. Then IRS could not help. The darn data file is your problem. You apparently submit that to the IRS, but do not ask us to double check it. Our previous year AGI and code did not match. The data file had errors in it. I tried all the combinations of the mistakes and correct numbers and got no where. Then I realized one could edit the data file. Upon making that file be "Correct" the IRS immediately accepted our return. Dooooh So you need to have us users review the data file and edit it - in case it is wrong, so as to match our known AGI and code. Or do not submit is with our file. You guys owe me big time on this and need to fix this for all users and I will not be satisfied with all the hours that I lost for your bug, unless you offer me my 2026 H&R Block S/W as complimentary. Thanks

THIRD NOTICE: HRB needs to disclose whether I am eligible to deduct moving expenses before it asks me to calculate these expenses, since this is a time consuming yet potentially unnecessary task. Are you listening? Please advise.
HRB miscalculated my DC taxes, and failed to provide all DC forms. HRB has thus failed at fulfilling a core competency that it holds itself out in public as being proficient at. SHAME!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not bad but could be a lot better; long time user

Although it is helpful, a certain amount of tax filing knowledge is needed. Thankfully I have very simple tax returns now, so I can get by.
I use DARK MODE whenever it is available and am very disappointed that your software does not offer it. DM is becoming a very popular viewing option -- check it out!
Also, the ability to change the text viewing size on the screens would be great.
