IRS reject efile return with a confusing reason.

Your program says may return has been checked and is ready to go. Sent efile and IRS keeps rejecting it saying my spouse's 1924 AGI or PIN does not match. We filed jointly so the AGI is the same. What is going on? Your AI help chat is no help.
Cons: Time consuming

Unlike previous years, this year’s software cost me many extra hours of time and frustration due to the software stating that the return is fine, passed all internal software checks, extremely low chance of audit, yet the IRS rejected the submitted return 3 times! All due to the same form problem. Not much confidence in Block software this year.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
