For an 80 year old not very tech, it was not problem. This is year 2 for us and we're very satisfied. Easier than turbo tax for us and less expensive.

Ok but not customer friendly at all

Very frustrating with sections that had unclear instructions and when I asked for help from the Chat and AI options, it just kept repeating itself so got no answers. I don't know if there are real people to contact as the site do not show these options.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
