I got lost along the way a few times and had to hunt down how to enter certain information that I assumed would be part of the initial income portion - like investment dividends. I was able to figure it out. Over all a good product and will be using again next year.

I have used H&R Block software to successfully complete my taxes for over 5 years. After completing my 2025 taxes I was unable to open the file in order to submit my Federal VA taxes. Calling your help line revealed a problem with the program caused by the latest download & a suggestion to delete that file & do my taxes again. However after completing my taxes a second time I was still unable to open my file. A second call to your help line requested I wait for 5 days for another update to correct this issue. After a week I was able to open the file & submit them successfully.

The program worked well and was easy to use, as always. However, I found it difficult to believe that you no longer allow downloading of Merrill Lynch tax data, which had been available in previous years. I don't understand why you would take this backward step, which makes things more difficult for your customers. This prevented my assigning five stars.

Have been purchasing H&R Block Deluxe for about 20 years. This years version was a major disappointment.
The software was loaded with glitches that made it very hard to transition smoothly from screen to screen. Data entry was difficult and several times the program kicked me out or looped back to a previous screen on its own.
I will closely follow user reviews of next years version before purchasing again.
