Runs smoothly and logically. I Produced an accurate return in about an hour and retrieved my refund within a week. The return was fairly complex, and included Capital gains, retirement income, interest and dividends. However, I Would like a more convenient way to look at the actual return that is not encumbered by the worksheets.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was the worst software, not just tax software, but the worst experience of my life!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never using H&R Block again!

I started to say how I disliked this year's program how it seemed more difficult and lacked easy fixes. But then just trying to post this was a challenge with the simplest of things. I believe the program may have needed tweaking as I purchased it right as it was released but even then, updates would cause the program to freeze then glitch causing info to be added twice etc etc etc No more H&R Block! Oh and be careful if it asks to transfer last year's return it pulled from a return 3 years ago haha ya I'm exhausted just navigating the errors of the same program I used for years! Good Luck!

I receiced my copy thru subscription renewal AT FULL PRICE. The past month or so, I saw offers on social media for much less cost. I will cancel my ato renewal and wait for one of the cheaper deals if I use Block again. I find your total presentation to be very difficult to read. I am 80 years old, have a 32 inch monitor on my PC and I have to temporarily increase the font size to make out text, but long lines get truncated, so I am continually increasing-decreasing font sizes. It is not worth it. Could the program have an optionto choose a font size? The shade of green with white letters is also so very hard to make out. My monitor is a Samsung monitor and that shade of green nearly washes out. I also use Ohio tax app. Your result of the Ohio medical adjustment is completely different from that derived from the Ohio manual tax form. Where your app got some of the numbers from Schedule A line1, I have NO CLUE. Using the same Scg A line 1 numbers, I can find NO COMBINATION OF NUMBERS TO EQUAL WHAT THE APP BROUGHT FOWRWARD TO OHIO mEDICAL aAJUSTMENTS .
