No longer supports import of 1099 forms from Merrill Lynch. More difficult/confusing than previous years regarding what data/forms are needed, especially related to self-employed health insurance.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything went great until I was given the option of check or direct deposit for my refund. I chose check. Then I got a letter from the IRS saying they don't XO checks anymore. I had to go out to the it's site and set up an account. If check refunds Are not available, you should not include that option. I've used this app for a number of years and for the most part it works well. UT this was stresscul.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

The software previously worked well for our needs, but this year we were forced to submit a paper return one family member. The software failed to include ability to enter a section 1341 repayment credit. The AI helper repeatedly said it couldn't help.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
