I had to buy a new laptop because I could not download your tax software on my Windows 8.1 computer after being able to do so all these years.
Then, for the first time ever, after I completed my Federal return, the program hit a glitch and did NOT save the file, so I had to start the return all over again. I seemed to recall that your tax program use to automatically save the file periodically during the tax return process. I had to do it myself this time.
