Tax return is missing. Program treats me as though this was the first time using it. I have emails proving that tax return was submitted to IRS and accepted. Program auto saved as I did my mother's taxes. What will you do to fix problem?

Filed federal and state returns in one operation as recommended by the software. The federal return was submitted successfully. The state return failed with a report that the federal return submission failed, which was incorrect. I never could file the state return online and ultimately had to mail the state return. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was frustrated with the state return logic. I was forced to choose a type of my pension type. In years past I could leave this blank. When I chose the pension type my state refund doubled which was not correct.

Overall a very good product. It's a nicely organized structure with clear instructions for the most used IRS forms. I have a few small quibbles, hence this is short of a five star rating. Navigation, which is generally good, sometimes falls short when choosing to do entries out of sequence. The feature which reviews the completed return for possible entry errors could provide a bit more help when the needed correction is not obvious.
I would recommend this to a friend!
