I’ve been using this for many years. It walks you right through it and mine is not a simple return. We’re retired and have many investments that yield income and capital gains and losses plus we have to take RMD’s. We also have an annuity.

Needs to handle K-1 forms much better. The inquiry just doesn't get into the details completely and you don't have the ability to input all the information on K-1's into the program

I've been using this Tax Software for several years now and am happy with it.
I find that the Foreign Tax Credit subprogram could use some work making it more friendly with step by step guiding and explanations.
Also an big improvement would be to add clarity around the different categories of Charitable Contributions (30%, 50%, etc).
