Easy to use once I got help getting my IRS IP PIN

Extremely frustrating having to chase down a Payer's TIN for my SSA 1099. A very nice Tax Rep at one of your offices in Tucson was a huge help. I wish I had her name. Got zero response from your on-line wizards. Very disappointed. Successfully submitted my Fed & state returns. A buddy helped me with the IRS website. I will continue to use HRB software. I was the dog chasing his tail.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

WAITING, Bueler, Bueler... Bueler!

Waited a LONG time for updates that allowed me to complete my return. Separately, I considered filing for an extension while waiting for the update. When I went to the screen to prepare the extension request, the program expected me to enter all my personal data on this form. The program had all the information already. My return was OPEN! Why can't this program autofil and then ask me to check? Please don't say it doesn't work like that or some other weak excuse-IT SHOULD WORK LIKE THAT--CHANGE IT!!!
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had purchased the Deluxe option, which included one state refund; however, after many frustrating attempts, I learned that it did not include e-filing for the state return. This was not stated clearly from the outset.
