Never asked me if I installed new energy star windows or doors. Other people were able to deduct on their taxes. My 6 digit PIN from the government can’t be entered… difficult to work around it… still at it as a matter of fact.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

Each year the program becomes easier to use for the average user. If you have a business or unusual circumstances I recommend hiring someone who has experience in preparing taxes and has knowledge of tax laws. They will know how to properly report income and expenses to benefit you the most.

Successfully submit the tax return. However I need to call twice to get MacOS support to update to the latest software. A better QA would be less headache. Overall it is excellent.

State of WV E file not supported w/ MV-1

I have used H&R Block / Tax Cut software for years and love it. However, you still do not support electronic filing in state of WV if MV-1 form is required. You can do better.
