Been using this product for and never had a problem, electronically file my federal and state returns. Would suggest there be a button added to print the Local Income tax too as I almost forgot to go back and manually call up the form and print it. Get my refund quickly!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Screen view too small

The form only fills part of the screen. Need to have some way to enlarge the view to be readable for older eyes.

The tax software just gets you into trouble by not being able to properly handle non-standard easy tax situations. It had me thinking I owed a fine for underpayment, even though I had paid more than my prior year and was thus in the safe harbor state. Additionally, there was no clear questionaire for the payment sequence questions - just the raw form. If I wanted to fill out raw IRS forms, I'd have just done that for free and not payed for software. In the end the tax return still has errors in it, but not that would affect what I owe, but now I still need to review the whole thing in detail as I don't trust the return was correct. So whats the point of Deluxe all it can reliably due is below Basic level?
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
