Program works as well as it always has. (I am a long-time user). I have one open issue as of this morning: my American Express account, which I used to pay for the CO return prep/submission, was charged for two submissions. One charge has "cleared" & is in AXP as a charge; the other is "pending". I don't know why the second charge is there, but it would be helpful for it to be removed so I don't have to call you if it becomes a charge and it no longer pending. I clearly only filed one state return.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

A software bug wouldn’t allow me to access my returns, so I had reenter all my data. When I called to find out the problem, the answer was we are aware of the problem and have no date for a fix!
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
