Too complicated, not enough explanation especially end reviews that show ?posible errors but no explanation of how to fix. Window too small to even identify what form is in question
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I have been using this software for many years. I used to use turbotax but switched because of the savings. I see no difference in the two products.

It works. I just enter the information from my forms and I am done in less than half an hour. I had an issue entering some retirement account information, but the system caught it before my information was submitted. I like the audit-risk assessment. Not always accurate in my situation because the algorithm isn't programed for the situation I find myself in, but otherwise it would be accurate
