Don't trust the "take a picture of your W2" part

"Take a picture" app did not work well. Took forever to connect with phone camera, and it accepted one W2, then it disappeared later on its own, and I filed the return without realizing one W2 was gone. Now I have to file an amended return. The second W2 never did go to the return and had to enter it manually. Won't trust it again.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used this product for at least 6 years. Easy to use, quick to fill out forms and complete a tax return. Has up to 5 free e files and a state program is included which is easy to use also. Overall an excellent product.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I've used H&R tax software for more years than I can remember. This year's edition was just as robust as previous years, but I've withheld one star because the calculator tool refused to launch/work. I didn't need it often, but I did need it, and it didn't work.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
