I am very pleased with H & R Block's tax software and have been using them for several years now. They are easy to use and I have confidence in their ability to be up to date and accurate, and I especially like having them to assist me should I be audited.

Program walks you thru nicely. But for some reason did not transfer 2018 correctly information had to find it my own from the 2018 peogram.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Had issues with updating the program this year. Couldnt file state even though i paid for it. Never had this issue in past years but this year was a nightmare for me

IRS rejected my return due to an error caused by a failed update to the H&R software. An update that will not be available until Feb 14. Really?

The "interview" guidance on Deluxe is the weakest experience I have had in 15 years of using various tax software.
The crowning glory is the IRS rejecting my filing because of a bug in the software. I do give you credit for admitting that in the rejection notice, but my goodness, the software has to be reliable! Doesn't inspire confidence.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
