I used product for years and am pleased with the thorough questions and clear results.
I would love to see a better explanation as to what was included on an update and when which forms will be updated. Once January hits there are program updates every 2-3 weeks and it woupd be reassuring to know if the forms I need have all been updated before I submit my taxes.
Also as I hit retirement I need now to be able to do estimated taxes, not based on a cookie cutter income forecast but as I actually experience every quarter. Can you add a option to do estimated taxes based on the previous year tax code and in a format that will import all the details, like stock sales and est taxes paid, into the next tax year once I purchase it ? It is a pain to double enter all the info twice and the guesswork on estimating my tax payments.

I was not able to electronically file a deceased tax payer's individual return. Very pathetic. Next tax season, I will be buying some other software to electronically file my taxes.

Works but fails at what you expect software to do

The interview leads you through the forms. But it fails at the key benefit of software - to fill the forms correctly. Having to fill in information that was not asked about and guided through in the initial process is annoying. Add to that and the idiotic nonstandard IRS accounting conventions that equate to requesting you file you return in iambic pentameter and the process is annoying, confusing as you have to untable the mess it made in sub forms and in the end still find out the forms were filled out wrong. Want fun? See how this handles the simple case of one stock sale and accounting for that jump in capital gains in life December of the tax year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
