I have been using H&R Block software to prepare and file my income taxes for several years. I find it very easy to purchase online, download the software, prepare my taxes and file my federal and state returns.

The return was easy to install and follow prompts however I was upset to have to pay twice for my State tax filing! It was rejected the first time because my code was entered incorrectly so when I reentered it I was charged a second filing fee! Beware of this before submitting!
Pros: Easy to prepare
