I have been using your app for years and I am generally happy with it.
There is one problem, though, that has occurred for at least 3 years.
I always purchase Deluxe + Efile + State, but when I get to the point to downloading the state, it wants to charge me for it. I get into chat and the person is always able to email me a link to get the state app, but this should not be needed. Makes me think you do it on purpose because many people will just pay for the state app again to avoid the hassle.

How do you documentRoth Conversion - not obvious.

I did a Roth Conversion and had to search for how to document that properly in your software, eventually decided to input the 1099 form and the right questions were answered - this should be a question in the tax interview.
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used this for several years and the one pain-point for me is the HSA contributions section for me and my wife where the questions seem clear but I struggle to get the amounts right after I put the data in. Seems simple but gets very complicated even more so since I over-contributed in 2025. It's a confusing section to me.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
