I have used Hand R Block since 2007,and have never had an issue.In 2009 I tried Turbo Tax,which is not as accurate as Block,I put some income in the wrong place,and got a letter from the IRS.That was the first and last time I used Turbo tax.I do my whole family's taxes.I really like that when I start a new return,it transfers last years tax information,which makaes the whole process less time consuming.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Only two problems getting stuck within the program but found the way out. Needs some more close debugging, but overall easy to use and more than simply adequate
