Being a former TurboTax user the change to H&R took a little adjustment but it got the job done with little difficulty. the lower price was worth it.

Good Program but a little clunky

I was happy with the way the program asked for information, it made it easy to follow. There were a few issues I had the first was the auto-save didn't really work, I had to manually select "Save" several times to ensure my information was saved, 2) was when I de-selected a couple of the pre-selected options the program crashed and in order to move forward I had to leave them selected and make sure all entries were either blank or zero for those options. Lastly, when I submitted my return for e-file the program wouldn't let me go pass the "Check Status" option even though my status was "pending", had to hard close (i.e. hard quit) the program to get out of it.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
