Software worked but...when I tried to retrieve my finished returns to print out the forms for my records it kept giving me and error message and I chatted with a AI rep and a human rep and the human ghosted me and now I'm stuck with no records.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Import 1099 needs work
on March 27, 2026

Great easy to use process with one exception. The import of 1099-B entries limit is way to small. Also for entries that are imported it would be more efficient to have a list with a check box to accept imported entries without have to page through the underlying detail pages.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
