Unhappy with not having access to prior year data for business expenses etc. I had to run prior year program to see the data I had entered.
To many issues to clear related to downloaded equity transactions from brokerage firms. Should be a single clear for all if I choose.
"Go to" feature does not cover enough subjects; was time consuming to find where certain entries are located in the interview.

I resent having second class status. Like many wives work I do is credited to my husband and you presume to consult with him rather than asking this family in general for comments. This mistake appears frequently throughout your program as you assume all responses are made by the first name listed which is not usually the preparer. Your discussion of the applicability of Oregon political donations as well as Federal energy efficiency expenses wasted a lot of my time as it was only after much digging that I was not eligible for the deduction.

Most of the parts of the system work very well. It is a little difficult to verify numbers in the Schedule D process if HRB has downloaded combined 1099 directly from the financial institution. My combined 1099 does not subtotal LT and ST gains and dividend distributions, so I can't easily double check the numbers on the resulting Schedule D.

We have been using your software for a few years and have seen improvements over that time. For the most part, it is straightforward and poses few difficulties. One thing we had difficulty with was entering RMD information. It is convenient that information from prior years is carried forward. It would be nice if drivers license information would carry over from year to year.
