Great import of docs from my brokerage and retirement funds. Good help when I needed it. My only problem was program updates. Sometimes the program would not update properly and the only remedy was to uninstall the program and re-install.

Good hand-holding throughout the tax filing proces

It took a while to resolve the required minimum distribution liability, but, once that was done, everything else, including the electronic filing, was very straightforward. The software automatically carries forward information from the previous tax year, and this has been our go-to package for several years.

Good overall but like most software, needs tweaked

Need a clearer way to get to the actual 'form / document' to make changes / updates
Photo capture of W-2 MISSED my state wages, despite taking info above and below. I was able to catch the error, l the software did not. if there really WAS no state taken out, put a stop in place to double check, especially on those W-2's captured this way.
Circles back on itself after the Extension was filed.
