I have used H&R software for several years now. It walks you through the process of filing your tax return thoroughly and in a logical order. I like the fact that it automatically fills in information from previous year's tax return.

This is Robert I'm doing Tammy's taxes for her. I normally use TurboTax but tried the H&R Block software for some reason it entered her healthcare savings information incorrectly in the wrong place and now I'm having issues with the IRS and having to do a lot of extra work sending them changed forms!

This is my 15th year using this for my taxes. I ahve been satisfied until this year. This is the first year I need eto file for a second state of employment. This program was completely unable to differentiate a second state employement. It was horrible.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
