I've used this software for more than 8 years and it continues to do the job on 99% of tax related items. The other 1% are tax items that are obscure and require manual intervention and analysis. The one key feature not available is no mini worksheet showing how the tax on line 16 is calculated per the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet. Why is this not available.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Good ability to download tax data from(some) financial institutions.
Navigation was good, although when a form is open, you cannot minimise it or go back to, say, the income section without closing the form.
I had trades of non-covered securities with the basis not reported to the IRS. The program should have generated Form 8453 along with instructions to send it, along with the additional supporting document, to the IRS Receipt and Control Branch.
