It doesnt work and it knows it but doesn't fix it

I can't file my return because it doesn't correctly calculate the QBI for my K-1. It knows this and tells me I have to wait for an update but updates come and go and it doesn't get fixed. I can't believe that I'm paying for something they know is broken but won't fix.

I have used the software for 7 years and find it easy enough to use, reasonably priced and accurate. Seems to meet the needs of the average individual tax filer. Purchase the Fed with state bundle. Must pay extra for state online filing but no extra charge for printing and mailing state. Fed online filing free.
