The return went fine but I needed to file an amended return due a late arrival of a 1099-int. I found the amended return very confusing and it took a few tries to get it done.

Importing data from other institutions inconsisten

Product is good, but importing data from financial institutions is hit or miss. It doesn’t work consistently.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

i have use this software since 1990 this is first year i have had issue with filing the ip pin given me by the IRS would not work in the field for its use the IRS assigned a six digit number and the field will only except a five digit no one i spoke to or chatted with was able to resolve this issue had to enter IRS website and forego using the Ip pin
