I have used the software for 5 years now and am pleased in it's handling of the nuts and bolts for preparing my return. Several features are somewhat weaker than I wish, like the planning function for calculating estimated taxes; data verification and correction checks not well explained; some rarely used forms not well supported. But overall, after plowing through those issues, I remain generally satisfied.

School district was not in the system and it would not let me submit to the state of Ohio electronically this year. Support was not helpful at all!! I have purchased the software every year for the past 10 and will need to look for something else next year.
