Easy to use. Covers about all of the tax subjects. Could be more explicit explanations in “Explain this item” tab of some items. Should be able to e-file more returns when paying for them.

Absolutely the worst!

Bought Mac version with state included. As a retired person with 1099R income, program changes box 1 amount on 1099R every time you add subsequent 1099R’s. Health insurance, form 1095A entries which create form 8962, results change depending on order they were entered. When I start my daughters return, when I use guide me in order to mark one child who her ex-husband is allowed to claim per agreement, the program changes the first child’s first name.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
