Great Income TAX software

I have been using H&R Block software to do my TAX since 2015, it's so easy, if I have any technical issues, just a phone call away for help
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have used this program for several years. It is generally an easy program to follow but this year the government has made the program more difficult. While it is somewhat more difficult, it is still worth the money and a step by step process.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

It also has great guides and keeps the data current with any new tax laws that may have changed since you last opened the program. I downloaded.in February this year, did my taxes and got an error when I tried to.file
called tech support and Noone could help. they said they needed to escalate or whatever and it would take.a week
a week passed.and still no help, 10 days still.no call
at that point I heard that the IRS was now taking returns so the problem was that the irs wasn't taking returns the day that I filed and Noone at HR Block could tell me that
kicker is someone finally reached out.after.i had successfully filed. Pathetic
