Easy to use and accurate make it a good value for the product, but like all the other offerings there always seems to be a tradeoff. In this case it seem the state tax addon is a bit pricey and you do not even get 1 free efile with it.

I've used tax preparation software for 30 years. For many years I used TurboTax but it got too expensive so I switched to H&R Block. It's been great, it has saved me money and It's easy to use!

There is a mistake in the PA State Program. It is carrying bank interest over incorrectly from the Federal Program. It added $500 incorrectly to my interest.
Also The wording in the State of Maryland program was confusing for someone looking to get a full state tax refund for working part time as a nonresident as PA was also taxing the same pay. PA and MD have a taxing agreement that if you are a full time Resident in PA you don't have to pay the tax to MD.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
