When I finished my return and went to send it to H&R Block the page came up for the filing code. It was prefilled out so I clicked send. It came back denied. I checked to make sure everything was correct and hit send. It came back denied. The code was prefilled in so I thought it was correct. I went back to the E-Mail 4 months ago and found out the prefilled out code was wrong. I put the E-Mail code and it went through, but I had 4 holds placed on my account which caused it to go negative. If the box for the code had been blank I would have known to go to the E-Mail for the code. Please don't put the wrong code in the box

The program needs to have "taxes for dummies" language when explaining items. Also, more links to take you to what the items are trying to explain. Needs to be more user-friendly for people who are not tax experts. Probably will not buy again.
