Very difficult to online file, we have online filed for years and this year we had to paper file due to software issues and sitting on hold for two plus hours isn't a way to treat customers

I am happy with all features of HR Block, except of Print part. I could find the way to print a copy only including Form 1040, and to print flexable combination of forms between federeal and states.

Got my taxes filed quickly, refunds already received. The only thing that would be better if ALL the software updates happened BEFORE I filed instead of after I filed. Who knows if I missed something that could have made my refund even bigger?

Process sometimes seems a little confusing. Would like to see the Plan feature let me enter next year information on a line by line basis. for example, next year's interest income, dividends, RMDs, gross Social Security and Other Income. As it is, all of those items have to be added and entered as one number. This would make review of next year's estimate more meaningful.
