Not as user friendly as I'd like. Had to find a lot of things on my own. It didn't even bring up charitable contributions to deduct. I had to call the service number to find out how to add it. Luckiluy, I knew I wanted to add it. IT did not remind or ask me if I had any.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I've used H&R tax software for the last 10 years. It is easy to use, walks you through the steps to be sure your returns are complete & accurate. Electronic filing is a breeze. Good to know they provide in person support if I'm ever audited.
