About five years ago we used your competitors software to do our taxes. We only used them once because they raised their prices the following year (a ridiculous amount, I must say). We then started using HR software and found it to be much easier to use and felt more confident with the final results. We’ve been using it every year since. Two thumbs up.

H&R Block has done an outstanding job of coding some very powerful software. The software is very intuitive you just need to collect all your information and have it ready as you walk through the program. Each entry screen will ask for your information like W-2s 1099s excetera. I really like the feature that H&R Block checks all my work to make sure it's accurate and will stand with me if it comes to an audit. Save yourself the hours of countless tax forms and broken pencils. I no longer dread tax time

We have used this software for a number of years with great success. We've use it for Federal and State(CO). This year however the software didn't offer all of the CO forms to get a correct CO state return, so I had to do it by hand. CO has a new additional deductions form 104AD where you can deduct your Social Security, Pensions, Annuities and other options from your income. Your software showed that we would owe $857 when in reality we owed $0 because of the additional deductions. Otherwise the federal return was relatively easy and straight forward.
