It also has great guides and keeps the data current with any new tax laws that may have changed since you last opened the program. I feel confident that my return is correct with the accuracy check done at the end!

The product is great for collecting data and calculating tax due. What I find lacking is explanations of what qualifies or even detail behind calculations. For example a report showing the simple tax calc itself would be nice. It would tell me what tax bracket Im in and if I need to harvest more deductions next year
Cons: Hard to import documents

No backward compatibility sucks, but good for now

It works great every year. Got us a return we weren't expecting, But I was very difficult to find that I could not use the current program to access previous years' returns. And I can't even use previous years software to access previous returns because you remove the old program before adding the new.
