The software makes tax prep easier. The state program disappointed though. The West Virginia state program doesn't allow e-filing when claiming the Motor Vehicle Property Tax Adjustment credit. Seems like a simple program update for place to enter the Credit Claim Number that the state requires for e-filing when claiming this credit.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Software is more difficult to use than TurboTax, but it finally worked. Ilogical placement of California estimated tax payments in Federal section. Had to search for it. Good update system.
