Easy to use, import from prior years taxes works well. Import from financial institutions is a problem, mine was imported twice and double listed/entered into my taxes. This threw off my income and taxes owed. The final check on the package sent me back to check entries and that's where I found the issue, deleted the doubles and got my taxes back to normal.
Filing is easy and smooth. Had a glitch downloading a second state but support was very good at solving the problem.
