I have been using H & R Block for so many years I cannot recall when I started. Each year this s/w supports my needs perfectly and I plan to keep using H & R Block for as long as I am above ground.

Very disappointed in the state program this year. We had to file in Indiana and the software got it all wrong. We ended up printing forms and mailing because the software didn’t know how to deal with the county tax and was going to cost us almost $300 more. You need to fix that issue before next year or we may not buy it again.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

questions are easy to understand and follow. when i have time i'll go thru the return from start to finish and make specific note of the minor bumps in the return.
