I have used this tax program for more than 20 years, found it easy and complete. File both Fed and State by e-filing, has been effective.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I bought this product becuase I have been a user for many years. I tried switching to other products before but the swithcing costs are too high. I have too many years invested in H&R. It has become easier because of the ability to import te previous years data. It does some basic validation to prevent obvious errors. I do like the interview style approach of completing teh tax return. It woudl be nice if te softwarecould perform a deeper analysis of a users tax situtaion after all the years of data accumulated and offer more personalized suggestions than just open an IRA..

Have used H&R Block software for over a decade. East to use and I always have a record of my previous years taxes. Carries over all personal info from previous year so eliminates a lot of the mundane data entry. Will continue to use in the future.
