Got my taxes filed quickly, refunds already received. The only thing that would be better if ALL the software updates happened BEFORE I filed instead of after I filed. Who knows if I missed something that could have made my refund even bigger?
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Process sometimes seems a little confusing. Would like to see the Plan feature let me enter next year information on a line by line basis. for example, next year's interest income, dividends, RMDs, gross Social Security and Other Income. As it is, all of those items have to be added and entered as one number. This would make review of next year's estimate more meaningful.

I called the tax expert help line several times. They were not able to help me with the problem I was having with the program.I finally stumbled on to a solution on my own. problem with downloads from brokerage account .When down loading info ,after down load program quit and removed all ready imputed info.Had to start all over several times.
Cons: Hard to import documents
