HR Block Tax software guides through the process and is easy to navigate. The help dialogs are helpful. Also, Block software can still run on Wimdows 10, unlike Turbo. I tried Turbo for a couple years because a situation which caused me to have to hand-write a note on the form and mail it in using HRB was better handled by TT where it wrote the notation for me and I could efile it. This year, that situation no longer exists, and since TT won't run on Windows 10, I went back to HRB. I prefer using HRBlock.
