I have used the software for many many years. Get your paperwork ready, be prepared to start with everything in front of you. The program will lead you in the proper sequence and you do not have to be a computer expert or programming expert to use it. It is developed to almost read your input before it is time to do so. Other tax programs give you a free state filing as well, something I wish was included in Block's package.

I switched to HR Block Deluxe software more than five years ago and have never regretted making the change.

I used H&R Block software for several years, then converted to TurboTax for 2 years. I find H&R Block is just as easy to use, and it's several dollars less, so it's a better value.
