Generally great except for one problem

It worked great until we got to the filing section. After e-filing the Federal Return it would not move on to letting me file the State return (the "Next" box remained dark). I had to fool around with it to be able to file the State return and cannot remember what I had to do.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I have used H&R Block Basic and Deluxe for the past ten years. The interview and instructions are clear. I trust the tax preparation assistance and computations. This year I even telephoned for a clarification after normal business hours and got it promptly. The cost is extremely reasonable even after the addition, this year, of an e-filing fee for the first state return.

I enjoy doing my taxes with H&R Block Tax Software. Everything goes smooth from beginning to end.
I used to use Turbo Tax but then I switched to H&R Block. I found it to be a much better I product and
more accurate and easier to use. I will continue to use H&R tax to do my taxes and my family
members taxes as well.
