I’ve used H&R Block tax software for several years and I’ve found it to be the easiest I’ve ever used. The import feature for entering last years info is a real time saver. The user interface is very intuitive and navigation is a no brainer. I especially like the e-file option. Saves me having to make an extra run to the Post Office.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have some concerns about the accuracy of my return. In some cases the amount which I owed changed even when I didn't make any changes to my return.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
