I received the software early and many many topics are not ready. I downloaded all the updates, but even after the final update was sent. Additional updates became available after I had already sent in my taxes. Updates need to be more timely and earlier in the tax season, so people can submit their taxes as early as possible.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Generally works well but I would like to be able to speak with a live rep with specific questions. Filed a grandson's return with NY as a resident state and NJ as a non resident state and options for electronic refunds and payments were not working properly.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
