I was annoyed that the software would not read the T23 file, it required the T24 to do the 2025 return. I'm pretty sure in the past it would accept any 'T' file. I then tried the pdf file for 2024 and almost none of the data transferred; only my wife's self employment information. I had to manually input everything this year.

Printing from software not exactly user friendly

Printing your full return or even just the pages for IRS has been impossible to format for several years. Even if you go online to chat rooms on how to - it does not format to fit on standard 8x11 sheet per form. Not user friendly to select “fit to page” formatting
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very disappointed that my credit card was charged 3 times because your program imported the last year code for free federal EFile took me a minute to figure out the re submitted and it went threw but there were 3 State E File charges on my credit card I’m disputing these charges but I shouldn’t have to! Your program shouldn’t do that!! Turbo tax might be the best will see
