Have used the software for quite a few years this was the first year we were frustrated with forms under the new tax deduction for 2025 that we had problems filing. Wish H&R Block would of had some notice that the delay and error codes we experienced was because the forms were not available yet instead of trying and trying to correct possible problems.

it was complete but the questions asked were more than a little confusing partly it’s issue partly their design. I am a person challenged in eyesight no ability to zoom text size in app was a major downgrade on app.

I've used this software for years and have great luck using it. This year I got a letter from the IRS. They did not receive my bank information which I know was filled out. Took care of it but wonder how thats possible or did they screw up.

I’ve been using this software for several years and it always performed fine. What I would like to see in a report would be the tax calculation in detail, expressing the incremental tax rate and how close I am to the next tax rate up or down. As a retiree, that info helps plan IRA withdrawal rates.

Cons: Time consuming
