Not suited for visually impaired no way to adjust

H R Block's software issues:
Print on the screen is incredibly small and is difficult to read if you are visually impaired.
Tried to enlarge the viewing area and part of the form and question panels become
move.
If the print size for the software was adjustable and would look similar to the type in this space, that would be an improvement.
I think you should also consider changing the background to a softer off white or a soft yellow so the print would stand out.
I have suggested this each year and I see no improvement.
I am considering writing to Turbo Tax to see if they accommodate visually impaired individuals.

I was hesitant the first time around, have tried other free software after that, but continue to come back to H&R. My deductions are not difficult, property taxes, vehicle taxes and donations. Each step is easy, with a series of yes or no questions, takes me about 2 hours start to finish. Tax return in 2 weeks filing online, what more can you ask for.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have been using H&R Block (Deluxe & State) for years but still seems, at times, difficult to wade through. On the other hand federal taxes are difficult to wade through. My main complaint this year is the inability to print the 1040 without some of the unnecessary schedules. But I don't even like the name, Turbo Tax so I intend to keep using H&R Block.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast

Very disappointed in your software because I couldn't file my state and federal returns online. I tried several times but was told by the IRS that my return was rejected because I didn't have the correct AGI. I checked the number I had entered for the AGI and IT IS CORRECT but still my taxes were not accepted.

It's perfectly fine! We would have spent days and days on our taxes this year. H&R Block software dealt pretty well with some weird tax scenarios (multiple states, an employer that didn't withhold taxes for 6 months, and other strangeness). It could be a little friendlier in some places, but the explanations were good for the most part.
