I have used this product for years and have been happy with it. My only complaint is the last two years the updates have not installed even though it goes through the process. I have ended up going to the site and downloaded the updates and manually updating. The other issue I have encountered was in regard to the state. I had bought the state software with the Deluxe package and ended up having to call the support center to resolve. I don't know what has changed with the developers for the past two years. Once I was able to get everything resolved I was able to file my taxes flawlessly.

Been using H&R Block tax software for years and love it. Only downfall is that some forms don’t get final update until mid to late February. Not sure if is software fault or Government fault getting forms finalized.
